Continuing its digital transformation journey, OMIS felt the need to modernize its internal processes, taking advantage of the innovative solutions, with the goal of increasing efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

Innovation in Configuration and Data Management

Innovation in Configuration and Data Management We supported OMIS in its digitization project through the development and implementation of Declaro, Neosperience's product configurator, with the aim of enabling the company to independently and effectively manage its configuration and search processes, implement robust data management system, and completely eliminate the use of paper supports.
Specifically, we integrated Declaro into Omis' CRM system so that BOMs could be configured with greater accuracy and less waiting time, even for complex products such as overhead cranes. In addition, the sophisticated configuration of Declaro has made it possible to improve the efficiency of customer service and the customization of orders, the entire sales cycle faster and more flexible.
