A project for the world of Human Resources

Using the most advanced features of the CRM platform, we have developed a solution for the automated management of job advertisements: a tool that allows Dainese's HR department to manage thousands of applications from all over the world from a single point, benefiting from two results: reducing management costs and speeding up selection processes.

For almost 50 years, Dainese has been designing and marketing sportswear products characterised by constant technological innovation in terms of protection and comfort, with a strong focus on design and high quality materials. Starting with motorcycling, the Venetian company's market has gradually expanded to include alpine skiing, mountain biking, equestrianism and sailing, as well as highly specialized products for astronauts, without losing sight of its target group of competition professionals and sports enthusiasts: a demanding and performance-conscious public to be captured and retained with products of excellence, but also with the quality of a highly personalised service.

Streamline ads and applications

As a dynamic and constantly growing company, Dainese has a significant number of open job positions, both for the operational offices and for the single-brand stores present in the main Italian and foreign cities. A significant volume of job offers must be organized and published, and a similarly large number of resumes must be evaluated. This significantly burdens the daily commitment of the personnel management staff. Consequently, Dainese sought to implement a centralized, agile, and streamlined system to facilitate the timely management of ad and application submissions.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

A simple, high-performance solution

To meet Dainese's needs, we developed a solution based on the functions of the CMS integrated into the CRM platform. This enables the company's five-person HR team to independently manage the entire process of posting announcements and selecting candidates thanks to an extremely simple and intuitive-to-use web editing tool. Announcements can be divided by location of interest, role, and other tags that can be activated by each individual HR team member.
Each individual job application enters a series of automated processes that allow to:

  • generate a ticket for each candidacy that is assigned to the HR team member in charge of that specific job and/or geographic area;
  • place the ticket within a specific pipeline through which the entire flow of each candidacy can be collaboratively managed, including verification of the candidate's CV, scheduling of interviews, conducting interviews, and determining the outcome. For each step, all activities performed are visible, including task assignments and email correspondence;
  • for each open position, the team can check in real time the saturation of the number of applications received and decide whether or not to close the search temporarily.

Since the launch of the "Careers" section of the Dainese website, the five members of the Human Resources team have successfully managed nearly 10,000 applications from individuals across the globe, with an average of 2,500 applications per year.
