The company's core business is simple, energy-saving machinery, including pre-treatment tunnels, drying and curing ovens, and powder application booths, covering the entire painting cycle from metal surface preparation to coating application and baking. Euroimpianti also offers accessories to improve existing plants.

A management system to overcome national borders

Euroimpianti embarked on exponential growth, accompanied by international expansion through the opening of overseas branches. This development required an overhaul of business systems and highlighted the need to adopt a solid management platform that would facilitate Intercompany and ensure standardization of operations according to industry best practices.
Euroimpianti's need was also to raise the level of reliability through the implementation of an ERP system that could effectively manage the complexities of a rapidly expanding company with an international presence.

We supported Euroimpianti in adopting the SAP Business One management platform through an articulated project, which stood out for its ability to adapt perfectly to Euroimpianti's specificities, touching on production, financial, manufacturing and management aspects. Our aptitude for understanding the client's processes and needs and coordinating the different business areas allowed us to identify the best solutions and implement intelligent mechanisms to ensure high efficiency even for the most demanding operational areas, such as administrative and financial management. In the project, we used the production add-on Job Assistant, which allows us to better address the job order management process, and we integrated departmental applications dedicated to specific functions, such as treasury management.
